Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Dining Experience! From the first bite to the last, every dish was flawless—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ambiance? Elegant yet inviting, perfect for a relaxed yet elevated experience. Service was warm and attentive, though most of the waitstaff speak solamente un poquito English (much like my Spanish)—something to keep in mind, but nothing that detracts from the overall experience. (be like me---bring your favorite Spanish speaking friends and they will decod the menu). For the quality, portions, and attention to detail, it’s an outstanding value. A must-visit!
