I had a great experience at Nubeluz. The atmosphere was elevated but still comfortable, with incredible views of the city that made the night feel special. Our waiter, Manuel, was excellent—attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations that we ended up loving. The cocktails were thoughtful and well-crafted, and the whole evening just flowed.

Our visit to Casa Mono was absolutely magical! This place hits on all cylinders. From the creativity and execution of the food, to the timing of the dishes, the expert guidance of the somm (thanks, Juan Pablo), outstanding service (thanks to our server, Anna, and accommodating hostess, Yemani), and perfect small, vibrant restaurant vibe, the professionalism of the entire Casa Mono team touched every part of our experience and made for an immensely enjoyable night. Their Michelin star is well deserved and makes the incredible value they offer all the more surprising. Well done, Casa Mono! Fans for life, you just took the top spot in our must-visit-when-in-NYC list! Kudos!
