Lovely birthday celebration at Rothmann's Steakhouse - Rothmann's has a terrific price-fixe special on Sundays which is difficult to beat. Not smaller portions of full-priced entrées, but the same thing including appetizer/entre/dessert with lots of options. We celebrated a special birthday here and had a great booth, great service and great food. I never come away disappointed here.

Delicious food and ambiance…Rare 650 is perfect for a special night out! Managers are visible and make sure you are happy during your meal. Wait staff professionalism is inconsistent, it depends on who you get. Sometimes you have excellent service which makes those who aren’t trained seem subpar. Menus should be cleared off table along with chopstick wrappers and used bread dishes. Aside from those small glitches, Rare is great!

We have been regulars over the years as far back as Jewel. Since Bijou and now Halston, Paul remains the top maitre d and Alicia & Kat our best servers. Now we have gone through a variety of chefs but the current one is hitting home runs. The sushi is always the best and we have never come and not ordered a roll, but beyond this, my wife was raving about her Chilean Sea Bass special last night. This is indeed a rarity and was a pleasant surprise. She also ordered the fish tacos as an appetizer and was by far the best we tasted. We always share a quinoa salad which is enough for 4 people but the taste is too complex to pass up. Now I for my main course had the brisket again and the plate is just chock full of savory goodies but bring your appetite for this one. Now as if that was not enough, we still found room for their scrumptious hot apple crisp desert and their version of banana cream pie. My wife who is a very harsh food critic is still raving about last night's dining experience. Like a fine wine, they just keep getting better with time. "Salut"

We decided to enjoy an evening out without the kids and thought Blackstone’s would be a great treat. We were right! Rich and Jory were absolutely fantastic. Rich impressed us with his knowledge, memory and thoughtful approach. Jory was delightful in following up and tending to our needs. The food was excellent. Loved the brandy mushrooms with the ribeye flambéed before us at the table. And the Key Lime pie and coffee topped off our wonderful dining experience. Still the best restaurant on Long Island a decade after having kids!

From the moment we stepped into Opus, we were enveloped in an aura of warmth and sophistication. The ambiance was elegant and lively, the decor was modern and tasteful - just an overall beautiful vibe. But the true stars of the show were the service and the food. Our server, Juan, was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. They guided us through the menu, offering insightful recommendations tailored to our preferences, as well as their specials, and catered to our allergy restrictions. Their service was seamless, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. And then came the food. Each dish was a masterpiece of culinary artistry. The seafood tower was plentiful - filled with king crab legs, lobster, oysters, and shrimp. The sushi was truly something else - we enjoyed an assortment of rolls. And let's not forget the crème brûlée donuts– heavenly. The perfect ending. Opus a true gem. I feel that Opus is underrated when comparing to the other Scotto restaurants, this location is my absolute favorite. The combination of exceptional service, exquisite cuisine, and a captivating ambiance created an unforgettable dining experience for my family and I. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly memorable meal. Thank you to our server Juan and Tim the manager who made sure we were happy from beginning to end. We will be back!
