We've been proud to serve delicious made-to-order American dishes using fresh ingredients since our establishment in 2016. We also have a wonderful hand-selected wine list to enhance your dining experience. Approximately eighty-percent of our menu is-- or can be-- gluten-free, as we use only canola and olive oil in all of our cooking. Some of our best-selling dishes are our southern fried chicken, grilled meatloaf, and crab cakes-- all which are gluten free!     If you're looking for an exceptional dining experience, Trummer's on Main in Clifton is the place to be! During Austrian Wine Month in March, they offer a fantastic selection of Austrian wines at 20% off, allowing you to explore some hidden gems. I highly recommend trying their signature Titanic drink—it's an absolute must! We also enjoyed a perfectly crafted Old Fashioned, made with Makers Mark, which was a delightful treat for the taste buds. For dinner, we went with the Wienerschnitzel and Rack of Lamb, and both were prepared to perfection. Every bite was a testament to their culinary expertise. The service was impeccable from start to finish, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. You truly couldn’t ask for anything more. This was a first time for us and we will be back! Highly recommend this gem!

    We've always had great experiences with Texas de Brazil at Fair Oaks, this was no exception. Everything was excellent, including the new bacon-wrapped jalapenos. Our server, Joshua, was attentive, responsive, and friendly. Looking forward to our next visit!
