- CCarolynVIPNew York City •15 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe really enjoyed our diner at Maya. I had beef stew which was delicious. My husband had trout and really enjoyed it. The service was prompt and the server was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.More infoMayaPrice: Expensive• Southern• Charlottesville•4.7

It has a great vibe, excellent sushi, cool atmosphere, top notch service and I will come back again next time I’m visiting from San Diego. Only reason I didn’t give it 5* for every category is I’m spoiled in SD with what I think is the best in the country 😋. Go here if you can you won’t regret it!More infoTenPrice: Expensive• Japanese• Charlottesville•4.8
- EEricVirginia •4 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe celebrated our anniversary dinner here as a recommendation from my friend at work. The place was beautiful especially this time of year. Our server is Simon & he was outstanding. We were provided with a complimentary toast in addition to their small bites of appetizer & bread with butter. We ordered additional cocktails which were both refreshing. The Texas short ribs were delicious. I had the chicken cordon blue & my significant other had the lamb rack. Both taste really good. Finally we had the fudge brownie with peppermint ice cream which I think was really festive. They gave us ginger bread cookies which is a really nice touch of the restaurant. Our overall dinner experience was great.More infoThe Ivy Inn RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Charlottesville•4.9
- MMarkVIPVirginia •28 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoOur first visit to C&O in several years. It used to be one of our favorite C'ville restaurants and, after yesterday's dinner, that ranking hasn't changed. A spectacular meal. A great selection of expertly-prepared starters ("Did someone say 'sweetbreads'?") and mains. Creative cocktails and a well-constructed (and fairly priced) wine list. And an outstanding waiter who has worked at C&O for over 2 decades - a professional that makes a dinner at C&O the type of fine dining, yet relaxed, experienced that it is.More infoC&OPrice: Very Expensive• American• Charlottesville•4.9
- JJayWashington, D.C. Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoI chose this place mostly based upon other reviews. Just looking at a few photos posted and seeing their plated dishes I knew it would be great quality food. They delivered on all aspects. They offered to take our coats upon arrival and seated us at a table for two by a window. Our server, Logan, was very attentive and answered all of our questions about the menu. We let him know we were in town for a show at the arena, so he made a point to timing everything to keep us on track. The stuffed wild mushroom appetizer was delicious as was the main course. We had the beef tenderloin and raviolis. Everything was cooked to perfection; both excellent choices. The wines by the glass are a limited subset of their offerings, but there are enough options. We skipped dessert, but indulged in coffee. Once again the expresso and cappuccino were perfect. Our show that night was enjoyable, but my date made more mention of how great dinner was than anything else. Great choice for a date night.More infoHamiltons' At First & MainPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Charlottesville•4.7
