Absolutely Phenomenal! From start to finish, our experience at Stubborn Seed was nothing short of spectacular. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with an effortlessly cool vibe that set the perfect tone for the evening. The cocktails were simply next-level—crafted with precision and bursting with unique flavors. Each sip was an experience in itself! The food? Pure perfection. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with layers of flavor that kept us wanting more. Beyond the incredible drinks and cuisine, the service was top-notch. Very special place for a special night out. The mansion is gorgeous, with beautiful details everywhere. The pool room is amazing! Service was perfect and food was delicious. The appetizer of fried calamari, zucchini and shrimp was large and delicious. The scallop entree was wonderful. Perfect place for a celebration!

Easily one of the top 10 restaurants in Miami. Service, ambience, and food are consistently excellent. Every single person on the staff with whom we interacted was professional and welcoming, and we felt appreciated. Our captain, Brigi (sp?) was attentive and informative and helped us to understand all the spectacular seafood options. I am also partial to the Holland peppers and they did not disappoint. This was the second time we've done Valentine's Day at Milos and it is hard to beat.

Excellent steak, split pea soup and apple tart. My wife had also the SW oysters. Kaja, our waitress is a wonderful waiter. Very personable, a great listener with a bubbly personality. The busboys were great, too. A fantastic night celebrating Valentines Day. Parking was a bit annoying; the waiting to get our car back was too long….

AMAZING! Marco our waiter was awesome and their truffle Cacio E Pepe was to die for! The atmosphere was great, and we were sat next to a lovely couple who we got to chat about the menu with. Definitely will be back (hopefully soon!!).
