Best Neighborhood Gem Restaurants in MGM Grand Hotel & Casino

I had an absolute amazing time at Esther’s Kitchen. From the ambience to the decor and service, it’s all tip notch. I came in to surprise my now fiancée after proposing to her in her birthday and they congratulated us with a glass of wine of the house. Our server, who I believe is named Alex, was absolutely stellar and did an amazing job explaining the menu and some of there great dishes there. I knew what cocktail I wanted to try and it was a great balance of the bourbon tase but with a subtle sweetness. My fiancée didn’t know what she really wanted and Alex made her a cocktail that was spot on for her palate with a few questions! We ordered the Basil, Burrata, and Anchovy butter to go with the bread and they all were great, highly recommended! I ordered the dry age steak and my fiancée ordered the Risotto and both were wonderful,. The steak had a great crust on the steak with a good depth of flavor. The risotto was super rich and flavorful. I recommend adding the Parmesan on top to make it that much better. I can’t wait to come back in the future to try more of the menu! One of, if not, the best dining experience off strip in Vegas that isn’t crazy on your pockets! Make sure you ask for Alex, she is amazing server and made our special day that much better!

The food was amazing!!! I'd never had gnocchi before, and for me, their homemade gnocchi tasted heavenly. It was like delicious little clouds of potato with creamy tomato sauce, mushrooms, and Italian sausage. My husband had their chicken from their grill menu, and we had their Vulcano chocolate cake with salted carmel Gelato for dessert. Definitely will be back!

Wonderful place with great staff. I goofed and was an hour early for our reservation and they sat us early any way. Our server was nice and answered all our questions. They were playing music it wasn’t overly loud and added to the experience. Food is expensive but it’s not Dennys you are there to experience authentic German atmosphere. Recommend for special occasions.

Food arrived hot and quickly and tasted great. The waitress was attentive and helpful. We had a nice view of the Strip where we were seated which added to the atmosphere.

Golden Steer Steakhouse is a great restaurant to try atleSt once whole in Vegas. Social media has added to the notariaty of this restaurant, which in turn is reflected in the high price for the meal. The lobster, although good, is overpriced. It appears that the prices have increased over the past few months. The steaks are great but too overpriced. The service is top notch, no issues there. But the dress code requirements, although a nice rule, are not consistent.
