My husband order a burger without cheese, it appeared they had added the cheese and realized the mistake, they removed it but left remnants of the cheese on the burger. We brought this to our waiter attention. They corrected it by preparing a fresh burger and the manager came over to our table to acknowledge the mistake, apologized and took the burger off our bill. That’s the reason we continually patronize this Firebirds! They have exceptional customer service! We ordered the 6 oz and the 8 oz filet mignons, and they were perfectly prepared. The accompaniments were also of generous portions and also excellent. We shared a lightly-torched creme brulee, which was excellent as well. Our server, Stacey, was well versed in the descriptions of any items we asked about.
