Best Neighborhood Gem Restaurants in Prescott

A hidden gem .. a wee bit away from the main location but quite a delightful surprise! Thank you to Gail.. excellent food recommendations!!

Beautiful patio setting and walk down to creek. Firepits, fountains and corn hole yard game. Food was good just not wow for the price. Ambience and location is what you're paying for

First time dining at the Cress and won’t be the last time. From our arrival to our departure the experience was amazing. Everyone we came into contact with were 5 stars. Kudos to the staff. Rodin our server was fantastic!!! We could right a book about her. The food was fantastic as well. We will be in Sedona for two more days and we are going to make another reservation at Cress.

A wonderful meal servers by a gracious staff that worked so well together to enhance our dining experience. So many menu choices with explanations by our waiter that made it easier to choose. A very nice wine list with many by the glass options, I started with the lobster bisque , very rich and loaded with lobster meat. For our entrees my wife ordered the Wagyu beef cheeks (which I got to taste) - like nothing we have ever had before. So tender and complemented with the vanilla reduced beef broth that the cheeks were cooked in was a real tase treat. My steak was done just like I like it and the beef was so tender. All this was topped off by their rich. And marvelous chocolate soufflé all served with elegance. Overall an incredible dining experience which if we ever get to Sedona again we will book a meal at Rene’s.

The food quality was exceptional. The seafood and fish fresh and flavorful. The staff were kind and I did not feel that they were rushed (the sign of good staff) even though it was a full house and a party upstairs. Nice atmosphere also.
