The entertainment was very nice both times we dined there. We ate at other Italian places and this was by far the best and very economical as well. The food was absolutely outstanding, probably the freshest and most delicious food we have had in a while. The portions were perfect. The service was excellent! We never had to ask for water refills, drinks, etc. The manager/owner? Introduced himself to us and checked on us throughout our meal.  The ambience was perfect… Everyone was in a great mood and you just felt a really positive vibe. It was my husband and myself and our two adult children, and we were able to laugh and talk and have a great conversation along with the best meal we’ve had in a while. We will definitely make a point of returning. Oh yes! There was also live music and it was just the right noise level and the singer was superb.  Also—The menu was set, but there was a course that my daughter and I did not want, and they made an exception for us, which was so nice. We love staying on the Pacific side, and the drive to this incredible restaurant is always worth it. They never disappoint! After a day of golf, we decided to kick off my husband's birthday celebration at Don Chez. With live music, scrumptious food, and a fabulous staff, our evenings there are nothing short of unforgettable!
