The Huma Room on the second floor features half of a black 1973 Cadillac Fleetwood mounted behind the wall and an outdoor patio. Located on Woodward Ave, it's easy to jump on the QLine or walk down to Little Caesars Arena, Comerica Park, or Ford Field. HopCat was founded on the principles of bringing local craft beer a bit closer to the communities we love. We’re known for our award-wining Cosmik fries, which are beer battered, sprinkled with our signature cracked black pepper seasoning, and served with a side of warm cheese sauce. From burgers to tacos, our menu offers a range of delicious options. We live the craft lifestyle - beer, cocktails and even craft food made from scratch. Service was wonderful! We ordered a few different things and they were all good, nothing super fantastic but nothing was bad. We loved the big shakes! The decorations inside were great. The only two things I will mention, the music was very loud and there was a bit of a wait to check in with the hostess, but it was very busy tonight. Overall a great dining experience and we will be back!

Nice to have different and creative choices on a menu. Not fancy and frilly, but tasty and reasonable. The Irish duo playing and singing was lots of fun, just a bit too loud....as seems to be the standard everywhere.

Everything as usual was perfect except that the wait person helping our waiter was much too eager to clear the table while one of the women in our party was still eating. He should know that you do not remove plates or silverware until all in the group are finished eating. He attempted to take her plate 2 times before she was finished.
