Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Harwood Heights

Josephine & Wait staff is Exceptional! Food is Exceptional!!!! We come twice a year for our family dinner! Some travel from WI! It’s the only restaurant that everyone LOVES! Also at Christmas it has beautiful lights and Mr & Mrs Claus. Our 7 yr old great grandson loved seeing them!

We had a great lunch! Everything was delicious. Service was exceptional. Some of us had not been there before. Our waiter did a wonderful job walking us through the menu and highlighting their specialties. The restaurant was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the calamari and the meatballs to start. Both were delicious! We split the antipasto salad (also really good). All entrees were delicious and the portions are very large. You won’t leave hungry! We all had leftovers. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely. We enjoyed the pizza with an unpronounceable name, the Bolognese, and a side of fire roasted veg. Each was excellent. The service was fast and pleasant. We sat in the front of the restaurant nearest the street and that was certainly quieter than the main dining room. We'll be back.

My husband and I live in the same town as Donny G's. It was our 1st time there. What a gem. We will be back. The service from the minute we hit the door was outstanding. The drinks and food were so good. We savoured every bite of both our meals. We had the whitefish and rotini w/ meatballs in parm. sauce. The bread and oil/cheese appetizer was yummy. The Pasta Fagioli soup, and Cesar's salad were spot on. We were so pleased and couldn't say enough. It is so hard to get a good meal for the value nowadays. We can't wait to bring our family there. The waitress was warm and friendly. I have a feeling this will become our "go to place" Give it a try, you will be pleasantly pleased.
