Before the James Beard Award and the Gourmet Magazine review, Lotus of Siam was a small little hole in the wall located in Commercial Center in Las Vegas. November 1999 was the month Chef Saipin and her husband Bill took over Lotus of Siam. Since then, Thai food became an adventure for those willing to step out of their comfort zones for Asian Cuisine. Chef Saipin’s distinct cooking has been passed down from generation to generation, from both her grandmothers and her husband’s grandmothers.     Excellent, excellent food. Everything was delicious, and the servers were attentive. Lovely, quiet atmosphere for a date night or special occasion. The patatas bravas are the best I’ve ever had. Try the Spanish wines, and don’t skip dessert. Will definitely be back; Edo rivals anything you can get on The Strip.

    Excellent service and food. A bit pricey but worth every dollar spent. We were celebrating a birthday and had varied dishes, smoked NY steak, pork chop, lamb chops, chicken and Chilean sea bass. We were all highly satisfied. The bread and the sauce they bring out with it has a kick but was very tasty. If I had to name an inconsistency it would be with the cocktails, they were a little slow coming out and the 1st drink was great but the 2nd was ok after ordering the same drink.

    One of my best experience I had in a long long time! This restaurant has everything, great service, great food, great music and very beautiful! We celebrated a birthday and it was amazing! The singer is amazing… overall AMAZING! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

    this place was great. the service was friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing and with big portions, I ordered the spaghetti and meatball and it was the best I ever had. I love the live entertainment, a frank Sinatra karaoke singer was very good. Overall it was a great experience, a little pricy but worth it.
