Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Prairieville

Houma’s house is magical at Christmas time! We had a fantastic dinner and enjoyed drinks at the Turtle bar. I had the redfish, and it was some of the best fish I have had in years. It was cooked beautifully and the crabmeat on top was sweet and plentiful. We also had short ribs that were tender and delicious. We all enjoyed the crab cake appetizer as well. Crème Brûlée for dessert was just as good as our meal. Service was on point even when super busy. We can’t wait to go back.

We loved the extra attention given to us. The staff made delicious drinks that were non alcoholic. Beautiful presentation… Our waiter was very professional and took care of our needs often throughout our time there. We appreciated the manager stopping by to wish us a happy anniversary as well. The card and confetti was classy touch ~ thank you so much for making our day special! We will definitely be back!

A unique dining experience with fabulous food and service. Chris and Blake went above and beyond to deliver service that was excellent and supported a fabulous meal. Our celebration was memorable due to great service and great food! Highly recommend.

Our experience is always great! Love this place- best food around! All the wait staff is great, especially Angela! We look forward to every visit here. Wonderful food and cocktails. Went on lobster night and it was delicious! Love the new pomegranate martini they have on the menu as well!!

Our second time eating at Doe's and like the first time, did not disappoint! Food is excellent. We each had the filet mignon. A house salad comes with it, but you can upgrade for a different salad. The house salad was just fine with us. The biscuits served with the dinner are to die for! The are really less like biscuits and more like small, fluffy beignets without the sugar. Carly at the bar is very pleasant and makes great cocktails. We will definitely be back again!
