- JJanIceSan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoIt was raining. A manager meet us with umbrellas outside One friend was ushered in as she was using a walker and I used the other brought out to me to help the other 88 year old friend. We were ushered to the table chairs were pulled out for us to be seated!! Never have I felt so cared about. The hospitality was amazing! There is a tranquility and peace in the eloquent but casual environment overlooking the harbor and water On one wall separating the bar from the dining area is a huge aquarium where jellyfish float aimlessly The food served for lunch was excellent ! Thank you for a wonderful time We will be back!!!! Jan PMore infoHurrica Restaurant & BarPrice: Expensive• American• Redwood City•4.7

- TTonySan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 9, 2024Delicious spicy edamame. The mixed tempura was light and tasty. The accompanying sauce was a bit bland, but we augmented it with some wasabi and it was quite good. We shared a Caterpillar Roll and a Rainbow Roll, and both were great. Friday night noise level inside was quite high so we were offered an outside table, which was nice but a bit chilly, and of course lacked the ambience of the interior decor. The cheesecake for dessert was tasty, but a bit pricey for the portion size. The service was friendly and attentive. All in all a pleasant dining experience. We'll go back.More infoAozora Japanese RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Japanese• Danville•4.7
- EEdwardSan Francisco Bay Area •36 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 30, 2024We really enjoyed our meal. The food was great, very good service. Enjoyed the "back room", which made you feel as though you were sitting in a street scene in Italy. In addition to the great menu, they had several specials, and special seasonal cocktails. Would definitely go back. Just note, the front doesn't look that inviting, (in addition to the street construction), but when you go to the rear of the restaurant, it is quite charming.More infoAcqua E' FarinaPrice: Moderate• Italian• Hayward•4.6
