Best Restaurants that are Worth The Drive in Stroudsburg

Great food and great service! Can’t go wrong!! Smuggler’s Cove has the best seafood in the area by far!!

This is a more refined dining experience. Portions are moderate. The food is very well prepared and some unique preparations. Attention to detail was very good. Other than an extended amount of time that we waited for someone to wait on us, the service was attentive, professional, and personable. We will definitely add The Refinery as a regular dining place.

This was my 1st time eating at this restaurant. I've passed it many times and noted how lovely it looked. I saw the Love the Locals program which made eating here fit with my budget. There was a special menu for the program. It had a nice variety of entrees covering beef, seafood, chicken and vegetarian offerings. The salad was small but good. I chose a portabella mushroom stuffed with crab. I think that a piece of lemon could have been served as it would brighten the crab. Otherwise, there were plentiful French fries, a pickle and a tomato. The cost was $20.25. I will return to use the Love the Locals option as it is a good value at a very nice restaurant.

Twisted olive was AWESOME!! very good food, service, the calamari is the best we've ever had. Crab cakes the best ever had. Next time we will try the steak on a stone. Looked cool at the table Next to us.

Strip steak was excellent, but it should be for the price and the portion size. There is no more complementary bread basket – you need to pay $16 for Parker house rolls dessert which was the apple cobbler was missing the whipped cream.
