We sat at the chef’s counter and really enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. It’s easy to see why Chef Knall is a 2025 James Beard nominee for best Chef Midwest. The GM at Birch is so personable and acknowledges us on every visit. It’s no wonder his staff is so helpful and courteous. So attentive and so smiley! He went over and above to make it a wonderful experience! We will definitely request him when we go there and we go there often!  Absolutely love the new heated, front enclosed porch/room! So nice and quiet in there and the overhead heaters kept it a perfect temperature. We have been wine club members at Coopers Hawk for 13 years and will be continuing that membership!
