Best Restaurants with Dancing in Carrollton

Very nice spot. Johnny, the owner was very nice and made sure we were taken care of. The food was good. The drink Coco Loso amazing. My friend had the Floridian and she was lit and she said it tasted very good. I forgot what other drink my friend had but she said it was good too. My friend had the oxtails and I took a bite and they were amazing. I had the breakfast platter, which was pretty good. The French toast was a bit mushy. The bacon was superb and cooked to perfection. My friend had shrimp and grits and unfortunately shrimp was a little tough, and it was remade and it was good too. The light show and DJ were on point and I do plan on returning.

Wonderful staff, food was absolutely delicious (a little salty for some meals). The drinks were strong and good, the Nubian margarita was PERFECT! If you like sweet and strong drinks that’s the one for you. This place was esthetically pleasing, my family took plenty of pics, the music set the tone—overall a great vibe!

We had a wonderful experience at Trulucks! We were slightly disappointed due to the 20 minute wait when we arrived, especially since we had a reservation but the staff did an amazing job to make us feel welcomed. Once seated we had an envelope on our table congratulating us on our anniversary! Every person that came by our table that night congratulated us, and we appreciated the gesture. The food was amazing. We started with the calamari appetizer which was sweet and spicy and the sauce was *chef’s kiss*. My husband then went for the lobster bisque and I had the Sonoma greens salad, again both selections were great. We opted for the petite versions Redfish (me) and Seared shrimp/scallops (husband) and we were happy with the size. I preferred the scallops and shrimp plate but again both were delicious. After our meal we were surprised with a Baked Alaska that said Happy Anniversary. Wonderful surprise! We finished the night with a couple of delicious cappuccinos that come with a tasty cookie! The one downer to the restaurant is that it is definitely loud due to the layout, BUT this did not take away from our experience.

Our party of 4 had a wonderful time because we were given a table in a quiet room in the restaurant. We were able to have great conversations but just when our food arrived a party of 16 came in and sat next to us. After a few minutes them became very very loud and impeded our conversation. After 15 minutes or so I ask the waitress if she could ask them to lower their conversation. She did not do that. I finally told them of our problem and they did quite down a bit. I don’t think they realized how loud they were. In a nice restaurant I didn’t expect to deal with this noise level. Wish the manager would have taken care of this . Not sure if my friends will go back

We came to celebrate my birthday and this place did NOT disappoint. Service at dinner was impeccable, the food was outstanding and they even did a little something special for me in honor of my birthday. Ended the evening on the bar side. Here, waitstaff was great and the live music was great. I wish we’d discovered this place sooner.
