Best Restaurants with Dancing in Uptown

We ordered the pork belly lollipops and bang bang shrimp as appetizers and the Chilean sea bass and scallops for entrees. First the entrees arrived--and I said we didn't even have our apps yet! The food runner said he would take care of it and I asked to make sure they didn't just keep our entrees "warm" in the back while we had the apps. So then came the apps and after we finished, the entrees. The restaurant made a mistake--but corrected it and made sure the entrees were fired just before they were served. So everything went well and sometimes the best way to see how a restaurant operates is how they correct a mistake. We were happy with how they handled it. The food was great. We enjoyed the bang bang shrimp and pork belly lollipops. The sea bass was properly cooked--tender but cooked through. The scallops were also good although a little salty. The rooftop has pretty bad acoustics and when it is full of people--as it was when we were there--it can be difficult to carry on a conversation. But overall we liked our experience and especially liked the food.

Service was amazing. The host and hostess were very accommodating. The waitstaff was flexible, friendly and super accurate. The food as really well prepared and there were some new flavors / dishes that you can’t get anywhere else. We will definitely eat here again.

Went to the Candlelit concert at the theatre and decided to eat at the uptown lobby beforehand. Food was delicious and we made it to the concert right on time.

Pimento Kitchen in Minneapolis is a must-try! I had the chicken curry, and the spice level was just right—full of flavor with the perfect kick. Loved the reggae music playing in the next room, which created a great atmosphere. It was my first visit, thanks to a friend's recommendation, and it won’t be my last.
