- DDanijelWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoDuring our 14-day trip to the U.S., Jaleo in Washington, DC, stood out as the best dining experience. The lively ambiance, excellent service, and exceptional food made it truly memorable. We started with the Jamón Ibérico, which was exquisite—rich, tender, and packed with flavor. The highlight was the Paella with chicken, which was expertly prepared and served tableside by the General Manager. This personal touch elevated the experience, showcasing the care and authenticity behind every dish. Jaleo perfectly balances traditional Spanish flavors with modern flair. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome throughout the meal. If you're in Washington, DC, Jaleo is a must-visit. It was the culinary highlight of our trip, and we look forward to returning!More infoJaleo - DCPrice: Expensive• Spanish• Penn Quarter•4.7

- WWilliamVIPWashington, D.C. Area •11 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 26, 2024Christmas evening, joined by wife and sister, we dined at the Cut for the first time. Despite high expectations, we were in no way disappointed. Our dining experience validated the consistent praise and accolades that we had been hearing from our “foody friends” and fine-dining aficionados. The food and beverage offerings on the evening’s 3 course fixed-price menu were broad, qualitative, and diverse, the cuisine nicely presented and delicious, and the service impeccable (Pink was our wait-server). GREAT ambiance and decor as well. Nicely done. Congratulations and thank all of you for providing a memorable holiday dining experience!! Already looking forward to our encore. Best wishes for The Cut’s continued success. Bill Keppler Alexandria, VA and find Dining aficionados.More infoCUT by Wolfgang PuckPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Georgetown•4.5
