- RReginaldOrange County •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoI highly recommend the dining spot "Two Hommes", in Inglewood, CA! My sister and I went for dinner, and trust me when I say the meals we had were exceptionally fresh & tasty. Quite different from the typical restaurant menu item's, yet so amazing in flavor and presentation. We dined in. When your order comes to your table, take my advice and take a picture with your mobile phone so you can revisit, admire & appreciate that meal "visually" again, before you destroy it. Just like taking a picture on vacation somewhere, to cherish the time! Our server Kayla, was gracious as she patiently guided us to winning decisions. We both ordered The Jollof Platter, but with different proteins. I had the Lemon Garlic Salmon. My lil sis had the Root Beer Braised Short Rib. We both were impressed with all the flavors dancing happily in our mouths. Neither of us had ever eaten Jollof Rice prior to this night(1/6/'25), but we BOTH are fans of this dish, now! I really liked the warm ambiance & soft lighting of the dining room. The music that softly flowed in the background was pleasant, hip, and diverse. And the Restrooms were CLEAN👍🏽, and tastefully decorated👌🏽. Immediate parking "might be" your only challenge at this location. I can hardly wait to return to "Two Hommes" in Inglewood, CA to try other menu items and their Sunday Brunch. I am convinced and grateful. -Reggie O.More infoTwo HommésPrice: Moderate• Soul food• Inglewood•4.9
- KKai-NingLos Angeles •5 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoThe Culver Hotel has changed and improved their afternoon tea menu. There were pleasant little surprises in the food that I wasn't expecting---a little herbal note here, a little floral accent there (don't want to spoil the surprises), and voila! the food was tasty with interesting little twists. The tea selection was decent (about half a dozen or so) and the quantity was definitely sufficient for a full meal. The ambience was relaxing, not too busy when we were there, so not too noisy. Service is definitely acceptable, not quite white glove, but perfectly passable. And, given its location on the Westside, the price point is reasonable. A nice little hideaway amidst the bustling downtown Culver city. I will be back.More infoLillie's at The Culver HotelPrice: Expensive• French American• Culver City•4.4
