Best Restaurants with Great Beer in Thornhill

We had booked Keg then last minute decided to change as last experience at Keg was not good. So glad we did. Sat in back room pretty much to ourselves, warm, and cozy. Our server was great and attentive. Food was awesome.

Our North Carolina server was the right amount of hospitality. It felt organic. Restaurants can be magic. A gathering place of beautiful emotions.

I attended a team lunch here, and overall, it seemed like everyone enjoyed their meals. I ordered the fish tacos but wasn’t impressed—the large cabbage shreds overpowered the dish, and there wasn’t enough sauce to balance the flavors. Similarly, the portion of sauce served with the sweet potato fries was too small. There was also a noticeable delay in getting water refilled at the start of the meal, which was a bit frustrating. However, the service improved afterward and was generally good.

Our group of 6 had the utmost pleasure of being seated in Nima’s section this evening and I’m not sure this restaurant’s customer service can be topped. Between the Moxies staff, food, and ambience, you can’t ask for a better experience. However, it was truly our server Nima and the managers working this particular evening that tied everything together to make our dinner memorable. Between the quality checks, small talk, menu knowledge, and attentiveness to our table, it’s no wonder the place was packed on a Thursday night. Our group honestly left the dinner talking about how floored we were with the service. This experience has set the bar and made regular customers of us. Thank you Moxies team!
