- AAduKansas City / Kansas •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoOur server was very helpful and attentive all night. Please send her our thanks. She was very patient and mindful throughout our stay. Our problem had to do with finding a parking spot before coming in. We ended up paying for parking at a nearby parking garage. We found out later that we could have parked for free in a space provided by the restaurant . Is there a way to send out a reminder of parking instructions when reservations are done? Other than that, everything else was great!More infoThe American Reserve Bar & GrillePrice: Moderate• American• Downtown / River Market•3.9

- AAlexKansas City / Kansas •4 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoEddie V's continues to have excellent food across the board, but it is very pricey (expect ~$100 a person before tax and tip for dinner and drinks). However, the staff, ambiance, food and drinks are all top-notch. Great wine menu but no beers on tap if that's your thing. Our waiter recommended the seabass with a side of the crab fried rice and it was outstanding. Also would highly recommend the lemon tart.More infoEddie V's - Kansas CityPrice: Very Expensive• Seafood• Kansas City•4.8
- DDavidKansas City / Kansas •9 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe love this restaurant. First it is beautiful but not trendy. Second the execution of the food is superb. We love the fact you can find traditional menu items still (today was Steak Dianne) and even though steak is featured there is always a variety of seafood, duck and lamb. Service was excellent also. They use first rate ingredients and sauces and salad dressings are house made and exceptional.More infoStock HillPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Plaza / Brookside•4.7
- EEmilyKansas City / Kansas •4 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoI have been to Plate for Happy Hour many times, but this was my first time for dinner. We were not disappointed. We started with the pear bruschetta and truffle garlic bread and both were delicious. The Caesar and Moderno salads were both superb. Everyone at the table had pasta and each dish was delicious - we especially loved the Rigatoni. The dishes all had a little spice - which we enjoyed. Portions were perfect - not huge - but so good we all ate every bit. We ended with chocolate cake to share - which was also delicious. Service was great and so was the atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!More infoPlate Italiano Moderno - BrooksidePrice: Moderate• Italian• Plaza / Brookside•4.6
