- DDavidNew York City •36 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoOur visit began by encountering two wonderful hostesses who also stopped by during the meal. Our server, Nicholas was terrific, and he was always on the move - very quick delivery of all parts of the meal. The food was excellent - both the scallops and the halibut entrees. And they each had their own unique tasty touches from the chef. Topped off by the delicious molten lava cake, the entire meal was extraordinarily great! And don’t forget the spectacular hilltop view of Manhattan.More infoThe HighlawnPrice: Expensive• American• West Orange•4.4
- MMgweismanVIPNew York City •28 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoSpuntino was easy to find and had ample parking. The lunch menu offered multiple options. Everyone celebrating my daughter’s special occasion found something to their liking and cleared their plates. Some ordered from the small plates menu, others ordered from family style shared platters and the rest from the pick 2 for $15. Portions were full lunch size and delicious. The main dining room is festive for a celebration and noise level was very low. Service was attentive and not intrusive. We plan to return.More infoSpuntino Wine Bar and Italian TapasPrice: Expensive• Italian• Clifton•4.6

- LLisaNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThis was our first visit, which has established The Brookdale as our northern destination when meeting up with our friend. The menu had plenty of choices for every palate. Our selections included: The Big Sexy (50/50 ground bacon & beef), Tuna Tacos, Chicken Wings and a Taco Salad with Chicken. Our reservation was for 11:30am, when the restaurant first opened. Since we arrived early, we went next door to the Lady Finger Bakery, which is also under the same owners. Nice selections. It was surprising to see that it was also a bar!More infoThe BrookdalePrice: Moderate• American• Bloomfield, New Jersey•4.4
