Eight years ago, Maximo Bistrot started as a restaurant for the thinking and execution of dishes from a wide range of techniques with the best of local ingredients; a warmful place that communicated our love for food. This little gem of a restaurant is full of heart and soul. It’s not your typical fine dining experience, but that’s exactly what makes it so special. We had a wonderful dinner with friends. A great place to try something new.
