Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Banff

From start to finish this place is fantastic. Food and service was top notch. Cheese fondue was delicious. I normally never order prime rib at restaurants…. Bluebird changed that. The prime rib was DELICIOUS! Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful experience at The Bison. The servers recommendations were spot on. Especially the Bison short ribs that melted in our mouths. Thank you for proving an excellent date night!

This was the best food we’ve enjoyed in Canada since we moved here in 2019, bar none. The bison chop was tender and delicious, served with lentils that made my husband a “lentil believer” (he usually avoids lentils). My Alberta trout was pink, flavorful, local, and perfectly cooked, and served with the yummiest Brussels sprouts I’ve ever tasted and a potato rosti that managed to be elegant and scarfable at the same time. Super mains, and nicely done cocktails- the Poire 75 was so good! Service and ambiance also get an A+. Perfect for a date, a couples’ night out, or dining with friends who appreciate good, Canadian food.

This place was amazing. The food was flavoured perfectly and meat was so tender. Definitely coming here often when visiting. It topped the experience of other high end restaurants we went to. Loved it.
