Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Banff

Amazing food and service was quite good as well. Only knock was the request I had put in that it was my gf’s bday. Upon arrival all they did was wish her happy Birthday with very little , don’t get me wrong very appreciative of the gesture but a restaurant of this calibre I expected a little more thought and consideration on my request.

I had a birthday dinner at Vermillion and it was a blast. The food and drinks were amazing. Really grateful to PJ for looking after us and making our experience special and memorable. He is very professional and attentive to details, i was dining there a year ago and he recognised me and remembered the table we were seated at last year. I also received a birthday desert with a candle. The whole experience was impeccable.

With the absence of the bar tender (called in sick) left the staff short handed. The remainder of the staff did an outstanding job juggling a FULL dining room. We enjoyed the SEAFOOD TAGLIATELLE. It was EXCELLENT! We learned the chef came from a Michelin rated restaurant and it showed. We also enjoyed an appetizer of Tempura shrimp, also excellent. We will definitely return
