    The food is delicious ! Everything is fresh and prepared with care. We found BackDeck by chance but have returned twice since. Also, our server, Ricardo, made the experience that much better with his happy personality, not to mention the excellent service.

    The oysters tasted even fresher than they normally are. Ordered from the dine out menu. Black sea bass was wonderful.  James is an excellent server. Super convenient location to have dinner as I had a show across the street at the Paramount.

    Have dined here several times and have never been disappointed. The quality of the food is always excellent and fairly priced for the portion size they offer. One of Monica’s great qualities is its friendly service. The wait staff is very attentive and can provide wine recommendations upon request. Kitchen service is generally quick even when the restaurant is busy and have never had anything cooked incorrectly. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant when visiting the North End. Will definitely be back.
