We had the arancini and the mozzarella tomato salad for starters, the arancini were crisp and sitting in a rich truffle/parmesan sauce. The mozzarella tomato salad was in just enough dressing to coat the ingredients, but not overdone. We had the Bolognese and the red snapper.
