FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating. FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design.     We had a great dining experience here. Stepping into the restaurant felt like an upscale venue in Manhattan but with a lot more space. The staff was so pleasant and warm. Our server’s Henry and Filipe were simply incredible. They were a great team and made sure we were well taken care of. They were so accommodating to our young kids and guided us through the menu with ease. Which brings me to the food. Delicious!!!! I usually take pics of my food but it was so good I couldn’t wait to dive in. I will definitely be returning here.

    Had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner with my family. Although it was busy due to the holiday, everything went seamless and the food was delicious. Our server Meghan took great care of us and was very attentive throughout the meal. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

    Excellent Christmas Eve at The Bryant. From our drinks and appetizers to our entrees and sides, everything was very good. Service was excellent. The restaurant was a few degrees too warm but the pace, service and atmosphere made for a festive evening. Given how chilly it was outside, I'm sure the warmth was welcome to most. I'd recommend coming here for a future Christmas Eve dinner.
