I’ve always loved Serafina on Madison Avenue and have consistently had great experiences. However, last night was disappointing. Our server, an older gentleman, seemed unfriendly and was absent for much of our meal. This impacted the overall experience. I hope you can ensure that all staff members are welcoming and attentive to maintain the high standard I’ve come to expect from Serafina.

We enjoyed our experience so much! It was our first time. The service was great and so was the food. So many choices and each dish beautifully and tastefully prepared. A great value as well.
