Best Restaurants with a Wood Oven in West New York

We love this neighborhood place. Great margaritas and super authentic flavors. The best approach to the menu IMHO) is to get a cocktail w:guac and chips while you contemplate the near future. While nibbling and sipping, pick a selection of tacos, ceviche,appetizers and other small plates adequate for your party. We love the carne asada, de lechon and camaron tacos. Oh, the birria and consommé is amazing too. Just go, and bring at least four people. Make reservations.

The Marshal has quickly become one of our favorite places. What Charlie Marshall achieves is remarkable; he is a real asset to the neighborhood. We dined on Christmas Eve and had a great time.

Amazing experience at Olio! The food was excellent and they were able to accommodate gluten free pasta with their pasta dishes, so good you couldn’t even tell! Also the panna cotta was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had!!! I’ll definitely be coming again!

The waiters were extremely attentive and helpful, even cutting our meals into two without us even asking, as my woman and i like to order two dishes and split them. The food was amazing, traditional dishes that have just a touch of personalization; the ambiance was great, dimly lit with soft, neutral tones on the walls and a very classy vibe. The prices fit the quality and quantity of our dishes, overall, 10/10 experience! Will be coming back again.

Small restaurant. We came half hour early, it was still full, people waiting. But they tried very hard to accommodate us and they did. They were very nice. The food was very very good, the veal was fantastic. The ice cream on a brownie? It was some dried up cake, nor a brownie. But everything else , served for 6 people , was excellent.
