FlameStone American Grill is a casually sophisticated American Grill that places an emphasis on cooking with nature’s most basic elements: Fire & Stone. Our passion is to serve highly flavored food with the highest quality service possible. We use natural cooking techniques such as grilling over an open fire or preparing our guacamole using lava stone, to give our food exceptional flavor and taste.

Starters such as Tableside Guacamole or Stone Oven Flat Breads make your first choice a tough one. FlameStone’s Tableside Guacamole is an experience that is unlike any guacamole you have ever tasted. Made tableside using a traditional Molcajete, we only use Haas Avocados and the freshest ingredients possible. It is truly amazing.

If a great steak is your weakness, you’ll love our steaks. At FlameStone we grill our steaks over an open flame and only use Stock Yards Chicago Angus Beef that is 28 day aged and that are hand cut on premises.

    Service with JP was excellent as usual. We were VERY happy to see that Black Angus burger meat was back! We were frequent patrons but stayed away for a while due to the change from black angus meat to Wagyu meat in the burgers. We will be back now. Happy customers!

    The Franciscan Cabernet was very good but the bread was disappointing. Everything else was delicious however the burger is pretty messy but with that said, it was super tasty too! The Caesar salad was perfect and the 9 ounce filet mignon was superb as was the mashed potatoes! Dessert was a decadent surprise of flourless chocolate birthday cake and crème brûlée. Jean Paul made the whole dinner lovely with his kind and fun service!

    The shrimp scampi and filet mignon were excellent, as was Taylor, our server. I was a little surprised that no steak knife was presented, but the table knife served well. We will happily return!

    Our server Nick S. was great. The food was great. I had a NY strip and my wife had the flatbread. When they did not have the ice wine , we got comped some 20 yr. port and my Glenlivet. Had the creme brulee for dessert and it was excellent. Our second time there and will be back, hopefully we will have Nick as our server again.

    Great evening with friends at Flamestone! I I had a very nice prime rib. My fiancée had the blackened redfish. Both were excellent. Our server Logan was very good!

    Excellent food and service! My husband gets the mile high meat loaf and it never disappoints! The prime rib I had was perfectly cooked and delicious! The server, Jennifer, was attentive and friendly!
