FlameStone American Grill is a casually sophisticated American Grill that places an emphasis on cooking with nature’s most basic elements: Fire & Stone. Our passion is to serve highly flavored food with the highest quality service possible. We use natural cooking techniques such as grilling over an open fire or preparing our guacamole using lava stone, to give our food exceptional flavor and taste.

Starters such as Tableside Guacamole or Stone Oven Flat Breads make your first choice a tough one. FlameStone’s Tableside Guacamole is an experience that is unlike any guacamole you have ever tasted. Made tableside using a traditional Molcajete, we only use Haas Avocados and the freshest ingredients possible. It is truly amazing.

If a great steak is your weakness, you’ll love our steaks. At FlameStone we grill our steaks over an open flame and only use Stock Yards Chicago Angus Beef that is 28 day aged and that are hand cut on premises.

    We visit Flamestone quite a bit and they have always served consistently good quality cuts. Until recently. Unfortunately 2 out of the last 3 visits the steak's I ordered were just not good. The first was a New York Strip which was supposed to be cooked medium rare but was served well-done and incredibly over the top salty (additional add-on peppercorn crust ordered). Had to send it back as it just wasn't edible. The next experience, just two days ago, I ordered the porterhouse, also medium rare, with no additions to it. The flavor was there but the entire steak was cut to thin and was not a very good quality cut at all. The tenderloin's were full of sinew and connective tissue which made the majority of the steak inedible. As in I had to spit out at least 9 bites into a napkin as each were not edible. My son had the 9oz filet however and it turned out really good as did the table side guac! Unfortunately the inconsistencies experienced lately will force us to find another venue for a good, quality, well cut/prepared steak. To me the quality to cost ratio just isn't there anymore.

    10/10 Dinner Experience FlameStone is an absolute gem for dining. From the moment you walk in, the warm, inviting ambiance sets the tone for an unforgettable evening. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and make you feel welcome without being overbearing. The menu is a perfect balance of variety and creativity. The tableside guacamole is a must-try prepared fresh right in front of you, it’s the perfect start to the meal. FlameStone delivers on all fronts …exceptional food, excellent service, and a fantastic atmosphere. It’s perfect for a romantic night out or a special celebration. Highly recommended

    Waiter was inattentive and food arrived cold for 3 out of four of us. No one wanted to send back because they were afraid of how long it would take. We have never been to brunch before. Dinner had always been amazing including service. Hoping it was just an off morning.

    We were a party of 5 and everyone raved about how good the meals were from the meatloaf to cowboy steak to red fish and especially the baby back ribs which were awesome and quite large.

    Great server! Honestly, one of the best we have ever had! Guacamole was delicious. Drinks were tasty. Husband and son’s steaks were good. Not outstanding, but good. My son’s steak was a little overcooked, but he still enjoyed it. Overall, a great dining experience.
