   The food was ok. Not what one would expect from a fine steak house. The salad didn’t have any flavor. The steak was warm and nothing special. It would be fine for a Texas Roadhouse, but not worth $160 for two.

   Our party of seven had an enjoyable time during Restaurant Week. We were a little disappointed that the entrees were a la carte and we had to order sides especially for the price of $50. Our server Dora was great, very personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely book a reservation here again. Those of who ordered the 8 oz. petite filet mignon were very pleased.

   Unfortunately, two of the four steaks were not cooked as requested. We decided not to send them back because we would have to wait for them to redo them and the side dishes would get cold. Overall, the food was good and the service was great.

   Service was horrible and slow, asked and waited entirely to long for straws, bread, wine, water. and refills. Didn’t receive one side ordered with steak until end of meal. Had to request these items several times from the waitress. Steak was overcooked and waitress stated, I’m so sorry, didn’t offer to have it corrected, ate it anyway because we had waited over an hour to receive our food. Overall, the food was good, the service was a turnoff.

   I brought my wife here to celebrate her 40th birthday and she was pleasantly surprised. The wait staff was great and the food was even better. I never had a steak so tender and juicy in my life. The mood was set just right and I couldn't had asked for a better night.

   Everyone from the lovely hostess that greeted us to the waiter (Bo) to the manager was wonderful. Everyone went out of their way to make our dining experience excellent. The food was beyond delicious and the recommended sides were perfect! It was truly a great dining experience!

   We went during Charlotte restaurant week. Our menu was set, but I must say it was really well done/chosen. The food was delicious. We order fillet mignon for our main course. It was perfectly done as requested. Mouth- watering, juicy. I cannot say enough. I Highly recommend the brownie. The chocolate was just the right mix.Our server was wonderful. I highly recommend this restaurant. We had a wonderful time.

   Unfortunately this was my first experience with this place and I can honestly say I was very disappointed. First our reservation was at 8:15 and we didn't get seated until almost 9. Once we were seated it took awhile to even receive our drinks along with having to ask twice to receive bread to hold us over. Once we received our food there was disappointment. Meat was cold and one of them was so raw in the middle we couldn't even eat it and the lobster mac and cheese was burnt and our waitress even walked up when we were trying to figure out was going on and she said it was the cheese and walked away even after knowing that it shouldn't look like that. To pay the kind of money we did, I can say I would not recommend to anyone with this experience. Also, it was restaraunt weekend and I just don't think they were staffed to handle.

    We decided to try Flemings for Queens Feast. Food was delicious, service was awful. At this price point, it was a disgrace. We had a 7:00 reservation. We were seated promptly and courteously. Our server was very sweet but not attentive. We were a table of 6, after receiving our order there were 2 errors in what was brought. They were corrected but it took quite a while. We were at the table for over 2.5 hours and not once was our water refilled, sadly that was all I was drinking. After we finished eating our plates were removed and were told our desserts would be out shortly, 45 minutes later we asked 2 different people and 10 minutes later we finally got our desserts. Two were perfect, 4 were frozen. They were definitely understaffed on a very busy night, overall had the service been better I would not have felt the evening was ruined. If you decide to go, pick a night that is less busy because the food is quite good; I’d skip the dessert.
