We arrived on time but was told there will be a bit of a wait. We went to the bar, (standing room only) and ordered 4 drinks. A few moments later we were approached by one of the hosts from the front check in. We told him we ordered drinks can someone bring them to our table. He said yes, right away. We also told our server. 15 minutes later our drinks arrived, cool not cold. We ended up with 2 servers, both of which provide such poor service. Waited patiently for water, glasses went un-filled after asking twice. Ordered a petit filet, and two rib eyes. Requested Bearnaise sauce on the side, it never came. It was just the meat on a stark white plate. Quite unappealing. By the time we got the attention of the servers the meat was almost gone! No point in getting it now. Ordered 3 additional drinks, she brought 4! Mentioned on several occasions we were celebrating a birthday, mentioned it on OT, to the hostess and servers. Nothing was brought for dessert to celebrate. When the bill arrived, we noticed we were charged the regular price for the fillet rather than the petit, secondly, we were charged $15.00 each for the drinks at the bar and $18.00 each for drinks ordered at the table. The entire bill was $650.00+ for 4 adults. All in all this was a very unpleasant experience.Things at this restaurant are definitely not the same as it was years ago. We will not be returning or referring Flemings to anyone.

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Flemmings with the Tomahawk Tuesday special. Wow, it was amazing! The steak was flavorful, the sides were delicious, the dessert was outstanding. The table was decorated beautifully with a lovely handwritten note from the managers. The service and staff were on point. This lived up to the total image and reputation of Flemmings. The special and the price point is fantastic. Sometimes restaurants make the patrons feel inferior for coming in on 'the specials night' not Flemmings the professionalism was there just as always. I would definitely do this again.

Nice reliable steakhouse. Food was all good, service excellent. Been here a hundred times & will be back again. Enjoyed & appreciated the complimentary item for our anniversary.

Pretty normal/average aps. Oysters and shrimp - shrimp not super jumbo but did have 6 so not terrible value. Bone in filet not up to normal standard, fatty and bland. Tomahawk not very tender, especially for prime. Sides were better (creamed spinach and lobster mac) Brought our own wine, $30 corkage waived. Service was good but had to ask for bread. $9 each for a couple bottles of sparkling water - normal. Total over $450 with tax/tip. Meh better value and better steak at local non-chains. Feel like they are slipping as we have dined here a bit, just not recently.
