Our server “D” and her assistant were amazing. The general manager stopped by our table and greeted us great atmosphere awesome food and by the way, the bartender Cheryl makes an amazing Gibson martini. 😀

This review is for service. I’m a regular customer at Fleming’s & service is great but this time is the worst from the hostess to the waitress. If there was another server I would request you to change but it’s was lunch so she was the only server. No smile no how you doing.. she just automatically brought a bottle tap water and I said I wanted 3 hot water w/lemons and she didn’t look happy…she brought me the mug that was not only dirty but it has crack and chip allover even on the handle… that needs to be thrown out… even cafe would give me that type of mug and this is flemings… I didn’t ask to change the mug because I don’t want get attitude… when she took our orders … if customers order steak the server would ask how you like your steak … she didn’t .. she waited ask if I’m suppose to do her job for her… my mom doesn’t eat cheese and it’s my fault I forgot to ask for no cheese.. I kindly ask server what is the cream stuff she rudely said it burrata… I see her serve the other table with two gentlemen and she ask them how you doing .. have you been hete before ext.. with a smile… not sure why she’s so rude and unfriendly to us… only time she was a little nice is when it’s time to get the check .. why cuz she can get a tip.. I should have tip zero…she doesn’t not deserve a tip at all… server act ask if she’s doing me a favor but actually I’m doing her a favor by dining there so she still have a job… I call and spoke to one of the manager and he told me he know who I was talking about and will talk to them and get back to me but didnt bother to contact me back… If I do decide to go back for lunch I rather sit at the bar because I had great service there… I would give a negative star to service if I could…

We love the Tomahawk Ribeye and go here often. As usual the food was great and our server Shaw was as well. Highly recommend Flemings in general and the El Segundo location in particular.

Sam was amazing from the time he introduced himself to the time we left. The service was amazing, and the Tomahawk Tuesday 3 course special was tantalizing. The steak was cooked exactly the way we requested. The creamed spinach and chipotle macaroni and cheese were an amazing accompaniment. To top it off, the blueberry lemon drop martinis set this meal off just right. This was one of the best birthday meals I've had in a while, chef's kiss!
