   The food and service was impeccable. My only complaint is the Las Vegas blvd Towne Square location used an overflow room that was unappealing. We came for Christmas Eve dinner and were place in the overflow dining area. I feel as though they could have improved in the decor so that the guest did not feel as though they were add ons at an over crowded event. The room is narrow and the decor does not flow into the room from the main dining area. I feel this could use a major improvement. Overall I was so disappointed as this was a special day and I booked Flemings because I have dined at the Sahara location previously and wanted to go closer to home. I will not return to the town square location again. Flemings is supposed to be an above average dining experience. Not an experience that makes you feel like you are an afterthought. The attention to detail should be throughout the establishment.

   Our dinner at Fleming's Steakhouse was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by the warm, inviting atmosphere - rich wood paneling, soft lighting, and an elegantly appointed dining room that exudes sophistication without feeling stuffy. The attentive staff welcomed us graciously, setting the tone for the impeccable service we enjoyed throughout our meal. The menu reveals a mouthwatering selection of prime cuts of beef, chops, and seafood, along with tempting appetizers, fresh salads, and decadent sides. Our knowledgeable server/bartender Eileen was happy to offer recommendations and answered any questions we had about the menu & the impressive wine list. Once our order arrived, it was artfully presented and cooked to perfection, it's clear that the chefs take great pride in their craft. Each bite is a revelation, from the melt-in-your-mouth tenderness of the filet mignon to the delicate, buttery flavor of the lobster tail. Sumptuous sides like the Flemings potatoes & asparagus complement the main course beautifully. The entire meal was paced leisurely, allowing us to savor each course without feeling rushed. Cory the Managing Partner, stopped by our table and was very hospitable. We shared many stories & laughs with him, which rounded off our overall exceptional experience.    Our Server was overworked having to do double duty at the bar. Holidays should dictate extra help. And- serving the men and having the women wait is sad (especially since women ordered salads).

   For a chain, always good food, all the time they’ve got it dialed in no matter when you go day or night. 6 different meals everyone enjoyed. Great for taking people you care about.
