    Service and ambiance fabulous. The halibut was dry and lacked distinction. The meats were excellent, as were the apple fritters and martini. The dinner rolls were a bit dry. We let our server know about the fish and she graciously offered more sauce. It was odd that you charge extra for meat sauces. The grilled Caesar lacked taste - perhaps needs more salt? The mashed potatoes and spinach were very nice but not stand outs. The presence of the manager was noted. We were impressed that when we asked what kind of vodka was in the martini, the water server had the sommelier come over and he gave a fulsome answer, including the logic behind the choice of the house vodka.     We had a diverse sampling of Tabernash Taverns menu and nothing disappointed. Very fine steak, creative bibinap and a deconstructed Caesar salad were all top notch. The appetizer calamari perfectly light fry and delicious although not so healthy Brussels. Mud pie and toffee pudding a yummy sweet finale. We love the bar atmosphere and the attentive competent service. Dined here 6 or more times in the past few years, always super satisfied!

    What a great place. We had been traveling all day and just wanted a nice meal on Christmas Day. The restaurant was decorated very festive, the hostess was friendly and our waiter was great. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Will definitely go back.

    Volarios is our favorite special occasion restaurant in the valley. Pasta to steak even the pomegranate salad are all outstanding. Cozy atmosphere, warm professional service. It should not be missed when you are in Winter Park

    This hidden gem is a MUST for locals and visitors. In 35 years I have not had such an amazing meal in Winter Park. The chefs attention to detail and flavor in every bite is extraordinary. The Chef himself came and shared his specials with us. We ordered Patatas Bravas & Setas al Ajo to start. The Patatas have a nice kick with a sauce that rounded out the dish. The Setats were cooked perfectly with a flavor one must experience to understand. One of our guests tried the Garlic soup on special and loved it. All of our dinners were cooked to perfection with flavors you only find at a gem like this. Congratulations to the chef, and service team - this meal we be talked about for years to come. We will be bringing all of our guests to visit.
