   From our greeting when we entered to the last bite, everything was exceptional! We enjoyed the appetizer special that was chilled lobster with shrimp, avocado, shaved radishes and orange slices in a lemon vinaigrette on a bed of radicchio . The contrast of flavors and textures were impeccable. We both enjoyed the spaghetti carbonara with fresh black truffles. The nutty aroma of the truffles with the silky texture of the carbonara was intoxicating. I wish these are experiences that stay on the regular menu.

   Lunch was delicious although we had reservations for the evening and changed due to the impending storm We went at 2:15. I did not know that they don’t do the pasta in the wheel of Parmesan at Lunchtime and the portions were very small That was a bit disappointing but everything else was fabulous as usual!!

   My wife and I were in town for one night and decided on what looked like a great menu and upscale enough restaurant to make the night more special. What a treat. Quite authentic Italian food, coming from someone with a history of working in a family owned Italian food business, was a real treat. The ambience was great, loved the setup, the staff was friendly, the food was phenomenal. No complaints and would absolutely go back if we're in Ridgefield again.
