   Excellent Food, Great Service, Good Value, Noise level was high due to a BIG party in their back party room. Solarium was quieter and has good ambiance.

   Food and service is consistently great! We particularly appreciate Douglas and Hana’s service. This was the first time though we experienced severe noise and chaos in the dining room due to large groups with babies. We will make it a point to ask for window side table any next time.

   We were in Canmore from Nova Scotia and looking for a memorable dining experience. E found it at Gaucho. Great staff, great food and fun atmosphere. A gem. Premium priced, but worth it.

   Very amazing! As soon as we got there it was nothing but hospitality and outstanding service. Sat our family down and people were already serving us back to back to back with endless skewers of incredible tasting meats. Cheese breads and drinks were served really fast. It's a very fast paced restaurant which works for me because I love to eat lots of meat. Servers constantly coming to check on you to make sure if you want certain kinds of meats. Don't be shy and ask for a few slices it's WORTH IT!

   Our experience at the Canmore location was 10 times better than the one at Calgary. Our server, Simona, was awesome she made sure we got all orders on time, she was checking up on us and clearing the table very often. The food was delicious, the meat was very good and the chefs were generous. We all left the restaurant happy.

   Amazing evening at Gaucho. They made our special occasion truly special. Everyone was very friendly and the food was fabulous and all you can eat. We will be back.
