Our skilled Gaucho master will give you an interactive demonstration of the butchery behind each prime beef cut, where you’ll end up knowing your Lomo from Ancho. Learn about some of our signature Argentinian marinating rubs and get an explanation of traditional grilling methods still used in Argentina today. Upon arrival you’ll dive right in, crafting a delicate Seabass Ceviche to savour with a perfectly paired glass of wine. Bottomless Sunday Roast Select our bottomless roast, choosing from our roast Picaña or cuadril of beef, or roast leg of lamb, accompanied by the finest Yorkshire puddings, unlimited seasonal vegetables and red wine gravy for £37 per person. Looking for something extra special? Why not upgrade to our 200g chateaubriand for £41 per person. The ultimate Sunday treat. A classic whole Gaucho fillet steak, grilled and roasted with love to share, served with array of sides and, of course, limitless gravy to bring the curtain down on Sunday with aplomb. *Please note we cannot guarantee roasts beyond 5pm. *Also available - traditional Sunday Roast £15pp for children and our Vegan Sunday Roast for £27pp.
