Nestled along the tranquil banks of the River Thames in the charming Richmond neighborhood, our iconic boathouse restaurant and waterside terrace offer the perfect setting for dining by the water. In the summer, the terrace comes alive with one of our signature barbecues. A standout feature of the terrace is one of London’s oldest Plane trees, providing a stunning focal point for what is arguably one of the city’s most desirable alfresco dining spots.

We all absolutely loved the legacy menu. Such good value for 3 courses with no less quality than the main menu. The picsana steak was phenomenal, starters and pudding were also excellent. Service was friendly and attentive with a great restaurant ambiance. It’s a return visit for us and I’m sure we’ll be back again.

I booked lunch pre rugby test match. The venue was very busy, but in a good way. It was incredible how the staff seamlessly handled a venue full of excited rugby fans. Steak was perfect, sides were tasty and sommelier’s wine recommendation spot on. Service was friendly, efficient and professional. I will certainly be returning.

Lovely evening with friends. Food was delicious and service very good. There was a small problem but the manager Fillip went out of his way to resolve the issue. We were all very impressed and will recommend to friends.

Worst ever experience at Gauchos in Richmond, service very slow, food sub standard by a long way, wine crazy expensive and not very nice - just because it’s Saturday and busy put more staff on to cover - won’t be back
