   My family enjoyed a lovely lunch to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The restaurant gave her a birthday card, dessert, and the server made her feel special. The food, service, and ambiance were fantastic. Thank you!

   This was our second year in the Scottsdale area we made it a point to go to Gertrude's at the AZ Botanical Garden. We love it to pieces! The service is friendly and timely. The food is delicious with interesting food choices. Inside and outside seating are both lovely. We will be back!

   Excellent service. Root vegetable bowl - very good; small size bowl was more than enough. Curry bowl - very good Salmon and tofu sides very good.

   No matter when we visit, Gertrude’s is a treat ! It was a cloudy day and sitting out on the patio watching the colors change was fantastic. We had a Bloody Mary and Margarita to start . Both were just what we were hoping for. The American breakfast is always reliable and tasty. The Huevos Rancheros we’re delicious with blue corn tortillas, black beans and eggs as ordered. Our server had exceptional timing, great table side conversation and paid attention to detail. This is one of our favorite places to eat in the valley!

   We love a treat by coming to Gertrude's for breakfast. The food and atmosphere are outstanding. We shared the forbidden rice and hot mess - both delicious. Our waitperson was wonderful - she was quietly efficient and just the right amount of interaction. Great place and can't wait for our next visit!

    The food and service at Gertrude’s is always excellent. We like to sit at the bar even with reservations. Wild Boar and the Salmon dishes are wonderful. Fritter appetizers is recommended.
