Italian food lovers can rejoice: Emmy-Award winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis has opened her first-ever restaurant, GIADA inside The Cromwell.
This charming Las Vegas restaurant welcomes diners with warm colors, comfortable furniture and natural lighting thanks to the restaurant’s huge retractable windows. Guests can eat in the dining room, lounge or at window tables, boasting breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains and Caesars Palace.
The menu consists of Italian cuisine with refreshing, Californian influences. GIADA adds a lighter touch to Italian dishes, all while staying true to classic Italian recipes.

Our main entrees were amazing. The Bread Board appetizer we chose and was expecting to be like what was posted from online posts had changed that evening. They combined the usually separate capers, sundried tomatoes, olives, Parmesan, Balsamic and EVO. I was not a fan of the combination. I asked for just Evo, and that tasted great.

Party of 7 with 3 kids. They accommodated the kids with offering not on the menu. Food was great. Service was attentive and quick. Loved the table side bread service.

Waiter was okay but indifferent. Like here’s another person i have to serve Chicken entree not edible. Giada spaghetti dish ok. Waiter didn’t charge for chicken dish. Just felt for such a high end restaurant. There would be more inter reactions. Will try one more time. Maybe just a bad night

Food was good however the service was terrible. The waiter was poorly trained, borderline rude and very inattentive. I would not pick this restaurant for a customer dinner again.

We did the tasting menu and wine pairing so we could taste as many dishes as possible since it was our first time there. That was a good choice we did the wine pairing because the wine list was a little costly for the brands that they carry so we thought doing the wine pairing would give us a lot of choices as well which I liked but my partner did not as there were two sparklings and only one red and he’s not very Fond of sparkling and whites We paid the extra $25 each to sit at the window and look out which I would not recommend it wasn’t very interesting and the neon sign outside was blinding I probably will not return since there are so many choices in Vegas but it was a very good evening food wise
