   Absolutely excellent meal. Our second time visiting Giada. My wife ordered the prix fixe menu, while I enjoyed some other dishes. First of all, you have to order the foccacia. It’s unlike any other focaccia I’ve ever enjoyed. It’s airy and not super dense. Served with EVOO and Balsamic. It’s absolutely heavenly and one of the main reasons we came back again. Our first course my wife enjoyed the arugula salad, and I had the autumn squash soup. The soup sounds a little odd when you learn there is a marshmallow foam that it is served on, but it is a wonderful pairing. Second course, we both had the signature lemon spaghetti. As a fan of lemon forward dishes, this hit all the right notes. This is the other dish that brought us back to the restaurant to enjoy again. For the entree my wife had the short rib served over polenta. It was hearty and ate like an upscale version of grandma’s pot roast. I had the veal saltimbocca and it was divine. I ordered the mushroom risotto as a side which paired perfectly. We finished off dinner sharing some gelato that was also magnificent. My only knock on the night was their lack of selection of good rye bourbon and not using the right ice for a bourbon cocktail which led to a watered down old fashioned. As a nice touch that goes with the prix fixe menu, they give you a small gift bag with the night’s menu, a recipe card from Giada (the lemon spaghetti!) and a photo of Giada. The decor of the restaurant is also very beautiful. It’s adorned with movie posters and photos from the de Laurentis’ family. It’s a great vibe. The meal was not cheap, more than some people’s car payment, but worth it for us. If you’re looking for a great place to indulge yourself, Giada hits the right spots.

   The food and atmosphere was very good. This was our 4th visit over the past 8+ years. We elected to pay the up-charge to insure a view of the strip. Not sure if I’d recommend that - we had a great view of a very busy intersection with the Bellagio fountains in the background. Our server did not live up to expectations - it didn’t seem that he wanted to be there….never a smile during the entire evening….not a very friendly guy. Plates were removed before anyone had completely finished. We visited on an early Wednesday evening in January….not like it was a busy night and they needed to clear space…?

   The food was really good! But we felt very rushed to enjoy. Our server kept coming by asking us to order and the bill was laid down as soon as the last bite hit my mouth.

   Bucatini was delicious! Crab Arancini, unfortunately, was quite bland. Service and atmosphere were perfect.

   Very good food - way overpriced. For a restaurant of this caliber the food should be delivered to the table HOT. Risotto was luke warm my steak was ordered med rare and it was slightly over done - very tasty though. My Wife's signature lemon spaghetti was cold in a funnel shape. The two shrimp that came with it were delicious. My Wife being a retired chef tells me the temperature of the food was likely an expediter problem. I can't recommend Giada unless you have a diamond celebration dinner coupon to make the prices more in line with reality.

   The food was beyond delicious. The lemon spaghetti was amazing as was the lobster ravioli and the tiramisu Beautiful ambience and gorgeous place. Giada knows how to do it for sure

   The food and ambiance are amazing, we had the tasting menu on the advice of our server and couldn't be more pleased with our choice. All courses were amazing with the lemon spaghetti and the rigatoni being our favorite. The branzino and short rib were also very delicious, with Giadas cookies being the ultimate dessert. Will definitely return to try the lobster ravioli, my only regret, thank you Giada and staff for a wonderful dining experience.

   We started with a cocktail at the bar, which was very tasty, and the server was very nice and checked on us frequently. We then went to our table for dinner, which had a great view of the strip and fountains. We ordered an appetizer (orzo meatballs), which were excellent and arrived fairly quickly. The main entrees were ordered and arrived well prepared, hot, and flavorful. I had the jindori chicken and the wife had the lemon spaghetti with chicken. The whole experience was great but seemed like it took a while to serve the entrees. Priced at typical strip levels but you can use caesars rewards to cover tee cost of the meal and drinks. A great experience overall.

    Took my mom to Vegas for her 60th with my sister and Giada's was one of two dinners we planned for the trip. We were optimistic but left really disappointed. The food was mediocre & lukewarm, the experienced felt rushed (three courses in 50 minutes), and our waiter was friendly to begin but disappeared after taking our food order. We're disappointed to have had such a crappy experience for one of two dinners out on our first trip to Vegas.
