Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse has been a Chicago icon since partners Hugo Ralli and Steve Lombardo opened its doors in May 1989. The classic American steakhouse serves Gibsons Prime Angus Beef and Gibsons Grassfed Australian Beef. Another amazing experience! The food, drinks, and service were exceptional as always. My only suggestion would be to consider expanding the space a bit, as it can get quite crowded and loud during peak times, which impacts the overall atmosphere. That said, everything else was top-notch!

We had an amazing time at Gibsons. I am gluten free and dairy free and the waitress Leslie did an amazing job communicating what they could do to make my meal enjoyable! Leslie was so energetic and excited to be there. Another thing we noted was that we did not feel rushed at all. A lot of times restaurants just want to turn the table and get people moved out. We had time to review the menu, enjoy our wine, talk, and enjoy the food. It was a great place for a birthday dinner.

Our First time at Gibsons, we were excited and looking for that Wow factor in the steaks.. It was a good steak, but we were not overly impressed.. the oysters were fabulous!
