Girardi’s Osteria is a family owned and operated Italian restaurant. It opened in 1999 and has been an Edmonds landmark ever since. Girardi's is cozy yet elegant, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food is wonderful and represents many different flavors of Italy as well as some fusion creations.
Large 3-sided fireplace in the center of the dining room warms the cold days, while the beautiful patio with a 3-tiered fountain, overhead electric heating, a beautiful mature flowering cherry tree in the middle and Merlot Grapes growing on the trellises provide a garden-like outdoor dining experience seasonally.
The dining room is bright and airy with many windows facing the east and west, and bar and lounge area provide a comfortable space for drinks, appetizers and conversations.
Girardi's signature dish, Fred's Salmon, a gently smoked and perfectly prepared Salmon served with wild mushroom risotto and roasted asparagus is served Thursdays through Sundays and not to be missed.

    We offer a semi-private back terrace for up to 16 guests, with a large glass door that open the length of the room to the balcony and outside. There is a view of the sunset from this room and during the summer months it is especially nice when the large doors are open. We can also rent out the entire restaurant for private parties up to 87 guests

    This restaurant has a delicious menu, with an assortment of selections for all appetites and all ingredient restrictions, i.e. GF, vegan, vegetarian. It is also cozy, welcoming and has a wonderful staff.

    My two friends and I met at Girardi's for dinner on a Monday night expecting the place not to be busy. The staff did not expect to be busy either with only 1 server, Mike, and only 2 cooks in the kitchen. By 6:30, all the tables were filled with diners. Mike was running from table to table taking orders and sometimes apologizing that service may be a bit slow due to limited staffing, but that was not to be. We were served our appetizers, drinks and entrees within a relatively short time. The staff did an excellent job overall, were very friendly and the food was great.

    Lovely casual dining, cocktails, wide array of Italian dishes with some kid friendly additions so that everyone is happy. Love the small and regular portion options. Happy Hour is a great value.

    Girardi's was a great place to go to for early Christmas Eve dinner with my sister. The food was wonderful, the music/ambience was great, and the service (kudos to Stephanie!) was first rate! Thank you for a great experience!

    My guess is that this is good food for Edmonds, and all the 5 star reviews are from locals. But if you are accustomed to eating out in the city, you will be disappointed from the moment they hand you the multipage laminated menu. But the staff were very nice and there was parking.
