Head chef Maarten Feldmeijer specializes in unconventional menus. Each dish consists of unique combinations, which are made daily from fresh ingredients that are always as sustainable as possible. Here, you will enjoy fine and genuine dishes with a local character and a Far Eastern touch.

Essen war gut bis sehr gut, Service sehr aufmerksam,m, Atmosphäre leidet unter der teilweise lauten Hotelhalle und dem nicht mehr so schönen Blick, da Dom und Brücke weniger hell angestrahlt werden.

Die Bedienung war sehr nett. Leider kam unser Essen nach 1,5 Stunden. Erst als ich es am Ende erwähnte, haben sie uns einen Kaffe angeboten. Die Gäste nebenan, die sich sehr dreist beschwert haben, weil es für sie zu wenig vegetarische Alternativen gab (als würde ihnen die Welt gehören), bekamen sofort Champagner aufs Haus. Insgesamt war es in Ordnung. Man kann hingehen, würde aber nichts verpassen, wenn nicht. Tagsüber ist die Aussicht sicher schöner. Waren für unseren Jahrestag da, was wir bei Reservierung angegeben hatten. Haben leider nicht wie gewünscht einen Tisch am Fenster bekommen.

Super leckeres Essen, vor allem das Hauptgericht saltimboca apfelschweinefilet!!@ Die Wartezeit nach der Suppe zum Hauptgericht war viel zu lange. Aber ansonsten super nettes Personal, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Menue war wie immer exzellent, das Personal sehr kompetent und freundlich. Es gab sogar endlich alkoholfreien Sekt auf Wunsch ( leider keinen alkoholfreien Wein) und gute zum Menue passende alkoholfreien Cocktails

Hatte Tage vorher eine E-Mail geschrieben um Anlass und Unverträglichkeit mit zuteilen. Die E-Mail wurde erst auf Nachfrage im Restaurant gelesen. Das entspricht für mich nicht nach einem 5Sterne Service. Das Essen wurde nett präsentiert und war sehr gut. Es wurde nicht gefragt, ob man den nächsten Gang schon serviert haben möchte. Eine Pause wurde eingelegt auf Nachfrage und man wurde nach der Minutenzahl der Pause gefragt. Das Restaurant war für einen Wochentag gut besucht. Störend empfanden Wir den Staubsauger, der während wir Platz genommen hatten um uns herum geführt wurde.Das sollte doch bitte geschehen, bevor die Gäste eintreffen. Einen Stock tiefer im Eingangsbereich spielten Kinder lautstark verstecken und es schallte nach oben. Auf Kosten des Hauses gab es zusätzlich eine Pralinen-Früchteplatte.
