   My dinner was outstanding.The food was delicious. Temperature was on point, just right. The staff was exceptional. Someone came to make sure our food was just as ordered. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

   Servicio muy discreto , nos trajeron los platos principales sin haber traído los cubiertos , error garrafal para un lugar donde te cobran hasta la risa , comida overprice , el risoto $ 69 y muy pobre en sabor y con solo 2 scallops , arroz sin el punto de cocción correcto ,vinos super caros

   It’s not worth it for the price. Wine is too over priced. You can get much better of a quality for the fillet minon somewhere else easily with half the price. Wouldn’t come back. Also water was $11.

   The food was outstanding. We each had the Wagyu ribeye cap. We were seated next to the service area. Guess we know how we were rated. We were treated as if we didn’t exist, as if they were doing us a huge favor by allowing us to eat at their restaurant. You’d think that for a $500 dinner for 2 (with only one drink) the staff would, at least, treat us with some deference. It’s not that they were unkind or even rude. It was like we didn’t even exist to them and for that a restaurant of this stature should know. There are so many fine restaurants now in Las Vegas. We won’t go back .

   My husband and I made our reservations a week in advance and we were super excited to be dining in a Gordon Ramsay restaurant but in the end it was just very disappointing experience. We checked in 20 minutes early and was told it would be closer to our reservation time for sitting which we understood. Then a short time after that a party of 2 (same size as ours) that didn’t have a reservation but were seated within 4 minutes of arriving. I was annoyed but let it go because I wanted to dine in the restaurant. We stood there another 10 minutes and the hostess said can you remind me your name because I don’t want to forget you. She obviously forgot to check us in when I arrived and gave our table away. We waited another 6 minutes and I asked if our table is ready and was told they were clearing it. It doesn’t take more than 3 minutes to clear table but there we waited another 5 minutes. We finally got in and they sat us in the middle of a long bench between a 2 top and this large LOUD group of 8. My husband had to sit with his back to the room and stare at a blank wall and I guy that just filled water. It seemed like forever before our waiter arrived and explained the menus to us. The food came out in a good pace which was nice but between courses our plates would just sit there forever after we finished, you would think the water guy could also clear plates. My husband had the rib eye and it was okay, not great but it was cooked how he wanted it. I had the beef Wellington and it was more plain than I thought it would be. I think they are shy to flavor the food here. It did take a long time for our waiter to get us the check so we could just get out of there and away from the now drunk LOUD party next to us. Ugh! I wouldn’t go back. Customer service is not a priority here, just take your $400 and that’s all they care about.

   The steak was cooked to perfection, and the sauces complimented perfectly. The fries were delicious. The staff was great, not at all pushy, minimal interruptions. We had a wonderful dinner. The place is great, conveniently located and very well distributed. Whoever had the idea of the English Chanel is a genius.

   We opted for the pre-set menu with wine pairing. There was 7 in our group and everyone of us loved this experience. The food was beautiful, adventurous and every bite delicious. The staff were all amazing and accommodating to our likes and needs. This experience was one we will remember and talk about for a long time. If you are on the fence about this, just do it! Life is more beautiful with memories like these.

   It was great. We did the tasting menu and it was totally worth it. The waiters were very attentive. Food excellent!!
