   We arrived at 6:20 for a 6:30 reservation, we did not get seated until 8:00 and our meal about 9:00, you could tell they took way to many reservations for Mothers Day, there were people that waited longer than us, the staff was doing what they could but couldn't keep up, They ran out of many of the favorite food selections and beverages, once seated the waitress was attentive, the food didn't seem as good as normal, we've known Alex and been eating there for 20 years, they defiantly took to many reservations, we would not go back on a holiday.

   I LOVE this place, normally, but it was mothers day and the service was SLOW. I mean, i made a reservation for 3 pm, we were seated at 3:30, we didnt recieve our food til 5 pm. 2 hours of waiting at the table. Usually they are much better than that.

   We had a reservation at 1pm on Mother's Day and we could immediately tell it was very busy. We didn't get seated at our table until 1:45pm and overheard other parties equally frustrated with the wait despite the reservation. When we got seated, we put in our food order as quickly as we could. The appetizers didn't arrive until 40 min later and our entrees came about 20-30 min after we had finished eating the appetizers. The food was all very good but they were not ready for the amount of guests at the restaurant. The really terrible service, which is no one's fault except the owner and manager's, overshadowed the delicious food and we walked away disappointed with our overall experience.

   We went on Mother’s Day and it was very crowded and fairly loud. To be expected. Service was great and the food was delicious. A wonderful experience

   Waited over 1.5 hours to get seated even though we had a reservation. Then over 1.25 hours and still no food. Asked for more drinks and bread- got nothing. We left with cash on table for the drinks. Never will go again and blatant disregard caused my wife in tears on Mother’s Day

   The food was slow to arrive, but that’s because it was mothers day, they were swamped. Perfectly understandable. Slow service is not the norm. Every thing else was excellent, as always.

   I made reservations several days in advance for my birthday on May 10 at 6 pm for 3 of which I asked to sit in the red part of the restaurant. After we arrived their hostess informed me that my table is not available and I could wait on the couches for a table in another part of the restaurant. I specifically told her I requested the red area of the restaurant. She told me she couldn’t save tables for people. She said we can wait 20min for another room or 30 for the red area. I got mad and asked her what’s the point of reservations if I can’t get what I asked for. She was so rude, and demeaning. We waited 40 mins beyond our reservations to finally sit where I requested. She screwed up and she knew it. That hostess is hateful and hates her job. She is snooty and carry’s a horrible attitude. She was also rude to my daughter on the phone when she called to have some special wine sent to our table. That hostess put my daughter on hold for 8 mins and wouldn’t help my daughter. Finally miss snooty handed the phone to Jennifer who help my daughter and brought us the wine. Why in the world would you hire someone with such a horrible attitude. She’s the first person you meet when you come to the restaurant. You need a person who is friendly and kind. Come on people, your hostess is just nasty.

    Shout out to Haley who saved Mother’s Day celebration for me. Servers are fantastic and one of my go to spots
